The initial inquiry and first matching proposal are free — no upfront payment, no hidden fees. We only charge a pre-agreed commission or project fee on successful placement. All terms are disclosed transparently before contracts. For workforce placement, typical commission is in the range of one gross monthly salary; for supplier partnerships we negotiate per project.
Usually within 72 hours of your inquiry, you'll receive a first matching proposal with 2-3 fitting candidates. The proposal includes short profile, qualification overview, and contact option. Time-critical projects can be handled in 24 hours on request.
